Limited warranty

for MATTERLINK products

This warranty is applicable to all MATTERLINK hardware products except for power supplies. MATTERLINK will, at its option, repair or replace any unit that is found to be defective within one (1) years of its purchase, without charge for parts and labor. Power supplies are covered for a period of one (1) year. Please go to our website under returns and follow the RMA process. This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to use other than that for which it is intended, including but not limited to misuse, abuse, attempts to repair,incorrect installation, modification, improper wiring or installation, accidental or lightning damage. This warranty is also void if the said product has had its serial number defaced, altered or removed, with wear and tear excepted. This warranty is sole and exclusive to the original purchaser and MATTERLINK is not liable for any claim made by a third party. In no circumstances shall MATTERLINK be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of this product. MATTERLINK's liability on any claim for damages arising out of or in connection with the manufacture, sale, installation, delivery or use of this product shall never exceed the purchase price of said product. Except as expressedly set forth in warranty, MATTERLINK makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, nor authorizes any other party to offer any warranty, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranties imposed by law are limited to the terms of this limited warranty.
